I started using a free app (or was it .99? either way, whatevs) to track all my food on my iPhone. It's neat because you can scan food items in addition to entering them manually and you can track the nutrients and such. And of course it helps me to be conscious of what I'm shoving in my mouth XD
I'm currently at 158 pounds; I don't have an exercise regiment as of yet.
